Plugins that instantiate the `KubernetesProxy` must now provide a parameter of the type `KubernetesProxyOptions` which includes providing a `KubernetesAuthTranslator`. The `DispatchingKubernetesAuthTranslator` expects a `KubernetesTranslatorMap` to be provided as a parameter.
