Add `createGitlabTokenValidator(config)` which can be used to create a validator used at an ingress for topic `gitlab`. On top, there is a new `gitlabWebhookEventsModule` for the new backend plugin API which auto-registers the `HttpPostIngress` for topic `gitlab` incl. the validator.
