Delete docs/assets/uiguide/search-by-name.png

File has been changed from searching the catalog to filtering the catalog. The graphic names were also updated to reflect filter instead of search. New graphic has been updated, therefore, deleting this graphic with the old name.

Feedback was to split graphics that showed multiple images and annotations into individual graphic files. The new graphic files are included in the doc with a caption. Split the curve-monotone-step-before.png file into curve-monotone.png and curve-step-before.png
