* Deprecate HeaderPage in favor of Header in @backstage/ui
Rename the HeaderPage component to Header, keeping HeaderPage as a
deprecated alias for backwards compatibility. Also deprecate
HeaderPageProps, HeaderPageOwnProps, HeaderPageBreadcrumb, and
HeaderPageDefinition with new Header* equivalents. Update all internal
usages, stories, and docs-ui documentation to use the new names.

The `defaultPath` param was a compile-time migration artifact typed to
produce an error, guiding users to use `path` instead. The migration
period is over, so this removes it from the public API surface.

Rename "package discovery" to "feature discovery" across all plugin
READMEs and docs to match the established terminology. Slim down the
Feature Discovery section in the architecture docs to avoid duplicating
the configuration details now covered in the installing plugins page.

Restructure plugin documentation so that the new frontend system is
the default, unlabeled installation path. Old frontend system
instructions are moved to a dedicated "Old Frontend System" section.
Add a new "Installing Plugins" page to the frontend system docs
covering package discovery, manual installation, and configuration.

Migrates the Checkbox component from Base UI Components to React Aria Components.
Breaking changes:
- Props renamed to React Aria conventions (checked → isSelected, disabled → isDisabled, etc.)
- Label prop removed - use children instead
- CSS class bui-CheckboxLabel removed
- Data attribute changed from data-checked to data-selected
- Use without label is no longer supported
Migration example:
Before: <Checkbox label="Accept terms" checked={agreed} onChange={setAgreed} />
After: <Checkbox isSelected={agreed} onChange={setAgreed}>Accept terms</Checkbox>
Changes include:
- Updated TypeScript types and component implementation
- Migrated CSS to use React Aria data attributes ([data-selected], [data-disabled], etc.)
- Updated Storybook stories and documentation
- Fixed CSS structure to properly separate label wrapper and checkbox indicator styles
- Updated component definitions and API reports
- Created changeset with migration guide
