microsite: update commercial partners list

Browse Source

Remove solo.io, VMware, and Alauda as commercial partners due to
broken/irrelevant landing pages. Add Spotify for Backstage as a
partner. Sort partners alphabetically and normalize logo sizes
with per-partner height control.
